Agreements between LOOF and other Federations

In order to ease and favor exchanges with other cat federations worldwide, some agreements may be signed between LOOF and other federations with the aim of organizing joint cat shows, mutually recognizing feline judges credentials, cooperating for the improvement of pedigrees, etc.

Such an agreement was signed between LOOF and TICA in February 2001:

A joint news release between LOOF and FFF (the French branch of FIFe) was signed in July 2006.
Further to this new release, the opportunity for FIFe judges to judge in LOOF shows was granted by FFF in December 2009.

A new agreement between LOOF and WCF has been approved, both by the LOOF Board of Directors (March 2nd, 2011) and by the President of WCF. Read the signed agreement (in French).
For the record, an agreement was signed between WCF and the LOOF president during 2007 (no date on the agreement, no endorsement by the LOOF Board of Directors). It was not in force any more since September 2009. However, though LOOF was not bound by any agreement any longer to accept them, aptitude certificates obtained abroad in WCF cat shows continued to be held valid by LOOF in the meantime. know more...
